The junior homicide cop played a central role in collecting key evidence against the 66-year-old landscaper who stands accused of being Toronto’s most prolific killer. The media-shy cop stood off to the side during a packed media conference Monday as Idsinga announced police had been laid more charges against McArthur, now facing five counts of first degree murder in the deaths of five men.
