HALIFAX—Podcasts are growing in popularity across Canada, but the people behind one in Halifax say the volume is not being turned up enough on marginalized communities. Terrence Taylor and Mike Tanner are the brains behind Changing The Narrative (CTN): a podcast focused on addressing issues within the Black community in Halifax.
