It’s not hard to figure out if you’re a “breakout” or not. Or, they aren’t happy with their physical condition, but they don’t even know how much they weigh. You need to know where you are so you can get to where you want to go. I encourage you to do the hard work now to become a breakout and stay there. Life is never easy at any stage, but it is a lot more fun when you're a breakout!
