“We have kept a skeleton crew to continue to work in our outpatient clinics,” said Dr. Christina Ghaly, the L.A. County director of health services. “Running low of oxygen and oxygen tanks is an issue,” said Cathy Chidester, director of the L.A. County Emergency Medical Services Agency. “We’re experiencing extreme conditions in L.A. County,” said L.A. County Public Health Director Barbara Ferrer.
