A Dundas, Ont.-based mediation company known for its work in conflict management has been hired by the province to investigate allegations of bullying, racism and harassment of staff members at York Children’s Aid Society. Earlier this month, the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services launched a probe in response to the findings of an internal union survey of staff from March.
