Media converge as cops sighted at N. Korean embassy - Nation


KUALA LUMPUR: The press descended in greater numbers after four plainclothes policemen were seen visiting the North Korean embassy here on Monday. About 20 media personnel were still stationed outside the embassy on Monday evening. A police car with two officers was parked near the embassy at Jalan Batai, Bukit Damansara to monitor the grounds outside the embassy throughout the day. The other two North Korean men wanted by the police are North Korean embassy second secretary Hyun Kwang-song and Ri Ji-u, 30, also known as James. Jong-nam, the estranged half-brother of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, was killed at Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 (KLIA2) on Feb 13.
