The man who bullied me was one of two vice presidents in an early stage company I joined briefly. Long story short, after almost a year of desperately trying to make the situation work, I resigned. In it, I laid out three choices:-You can accept the situation for what it is-You can try to change it. It’s clear that bullying is alive and well in in the hallways, offices, conference rooms and cubicles of American business. The truck will throw its garbage on someone else and you will be at peace.
