“Credit to them for signing (with NFL teams) and being able to get it, I’m happy for them,” McManis said Monday after the Stamps announced he has re-signed for two more seasons. “It was just all the work that I put in over the off-season,” McManis explained when he was asked about his late-2018 rise. He has shown flashes of serious potential to be a star, but for now, McManis isn’t focusing on that. “I’m just trying to come in and put in the work and do what I can to help us win this Grey Cup,” McManis said. “It’s really not so much about being a star, it’s about doing my part and helping us win this Grey Cup.”daustin@postmedia.comwww.twitter.com/DannyAustin_9
