Consulting firm McKinsey & Co. said Kevin Sneader, who leads its Asia-Pacific operations, will take over as the firm’s global managing partner in July. Mr. Sneader, a 51-year-old Briton, will succeed Dominic Barton, who has led McKinsey since 2009. Under the firm’s rules, Mr. Barton was ineligible to run for a fourth, three-year term.
