Next week McDonald's Glenfield will also join the McDelivery trial, giving even more Aucklanders a chance to try the new service. New Zealand's first McDonald's restaurant opened in Porirua in 1976 with 166 restaurants across the country today. The fast food giant is trialling its McDelivery service at its New Lynn and Glenfield restaurants in Auckland. "Since the launch of McDelivery in other markets, Kiwis have been asking for McDonald's delivery in New Zealand. A minimum order and delivery fee will apply and McDonald's said it would be closely monitoring the trial.
