Last month the popular fast food chain announced its plans, delighting Big Mac fans up and down the country. Yesterday to celebrate the launch of the sauce coming to the UK, McDonald's gave away 250 limited edition bottles of Big Mac® Special Sauce. A few years ago a limited edition bottle of the Big Mac burger sauce fetched a whopping £65,000 on eBay after a two-week bidding frenzy, raising money for charity in the process. Speaking at the time a McDonald's spokesman confirmed: “The Big Mac burger sauce is so hard to get hold of.”"The bottle will be delivered to its owner in a special collector’s box, with a voucher for a free burger.
