By Stephen NakrosisShares of software-maker McAfee Corp. are trading higher on the Nasdaq Friday, after The Wall Street Journal, citing "people familiar with the matter," exclusively reported that the company is nearing a deal to sell itself to Advent Intl. The report said Advent, a private-equity firm, would pay over $10 billion for McAfee.
