The mayor of Tisdale, Sask., was driving through town the afternoon of July 31 when he noticed something a little odd. A red helicopter had just landed in the parking lot of the town's middle and secondary school. A woman got out of the chopper, crossed the street in front of Jellicoe and entered the local Dairy Queen. At first, Jellicoe thought the helicopter was a STARS air ambulance, but said it quickly became apparent that was not the case. The mayor noted that no one was hurt.
