Mayor brothers Bryan and Tim Cadogan keeping it in the familyRhys Chamberlain Newly elected Central Otago mayor Tim Cadogan, right, and brother Bryan celebrate at Tim's Clyde home on Saturday. It's one for the history books as both Bryan Cadogan and little brother Tim Cadogan take the reins of mayoralty power in two different districts at the same time. Bryan, 57, will serve as the Clutha district mayor for a third term after going unopposed in his bid while Tim, 51, was elected Central Otago district mayor for the first time on Saturday. Tim Cadogan received 5047 votes to runner-up and former mayor Tony Lepper's 2521. Although the result was not final with only 98 per cent of votes tallied, Tim Cadogan has the majority of progress votes in what will finish up as an overwhelming result.
