Mayor John Tory announced the city's 10 worst traffic congestion hotspots at Finch Avenue East and Victoria Park Avenue Monday morning. He says the intersections will be the subject of new measures aimed at freeing up traffic flow. Here's a complete list of the intersections on that list:
