Last year, Supreme Court Chief Justice Lucas Bersamin was also among the awardees of the Gusi Peace Prize International Awards. The Gusi Peace Prize recognizes individuals and organizations who contribute towards global peace and progress through wide variety of fields. 1476 declares every fourth Wednesday of November as Gusi Peace Prize International Friendship Day.
