According to Maybank, the Repayment Assistance Advisory roadshows will be held at various Maybank branches, centres and public event halls during the next two weekends leading up to Sept 30. Customers may obtain the dates and venues for the Repayment Assistance Advisory roadshows and information on extension of branch operating hours at www.maybank2u.com.my/c/ra_roadshow, Maybank said. “The roadshows and branch extended hours are for the convenience of both individual and SME (small and medium enterprise) customers. For those who are unable to attend the roadshows, the bank has prepared three alternative ways to apply for the repayment assistance package, namely via Maybank’s online banking platform — Maybank2u.com, email and Maybank branches nationwide.
