The Confederation of African Football is yet to announced the dates for the two-legged tie but Konadu is a worried man. His task is to monitor the performance of home-based players but the absence of competitive football in the country has been a bother. Konadu was in-charge of the Black Stars B squad which won the 2017 WAFU Cup of Nations on home soil. But before that, he could not qualifier the team for the 2018 African Nations Championship in Morocco.
