President William Ruto on Tuesday said he spoke to the newly-elected Prime Minister of Mauritius who gave him his word that the island country would vote for Raila. "I have had a telephone conversation with the newly-elected Prime Minister of Mauritius, Hon Navinchandra Ramgoolam.
