Maura Higgins was said to have 'impressed big Hollywood executives' with her appearance in new Irish comedy The Spin. However, the Love Island star, 34, who plays Rose in the feel-good road movie, has less than two minutes of air time in the 1 hour 32 minute film. After an hour of the movie passes, Maura returns to the screen and says just one more line. Speaking about her role in the film Maura said: 'The Irish are known for our storytelling, so it felt fitting that my acting debut would be in an Irish film. Along with her success at home, she has also branched out across the pond thanks to a hosting gig on Love Island USA: Aftersun.
