The fiasco involving a coconut vendor who was mauled by Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) personnel took an ironic turn after police arrested the vendor for a murder case way back in 2007. Coconut vendor Romnick Relos was arrested by the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) after it was discovered that he was wanted for a murder case in Masbate.
