Actor Matt Smith was held at gunpoint in South Africa during the shoot of Netflix series The Crown. "We went to South Africa and a guy pulled a gun on me. This guy came up to us and said, 'What are you looking at?' He came up to the window, and went (tap, tap, tap), no word of a lie, he had a Crocodile Dundee knife in his hand. The actor will soon return to South Africa for more filming after he jets off to Australia for a major chunk of the second series' production.
