The Liberals seem to be tracking a bit below the minimal level of support needed to form a majority government. But just for the sake of argument, let’s use that as the minimum necessary popular vote percentage needed for a majority. All that stuff I just said above about a Liberal majority? Basically, it needs to be the exact opposite of what the scenario for a Liberal majority is. They need to lose all the vote splits.
