Sounds like the Liberals are planning some kind of big move on gun control. Canada’s gun control debate has always been politicized. That reality was evident when the Liberals introduced Bill C-71 in March of 2018, after spending a long time studying the issue. The Liberals spent years looking at gun control in Canada. C-71 was their honest view on what Canada needed to do on gun control: on balance, not all that much.
