FREE MARKETMr Kimutai explained on Friday that subsidies will improve the sector's growth by preventing further losses. “I do not understand the reasoning behind the amendment ... no one gets into business to make losses,” the chair said. The ministry also wants to amend section 4(2) of the NTSA by introducing a sub-section for the establishment of PSV fare tariffs.
