A fallen crane caused heavy traffic congestion at the Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR 2) near the Sungai Besi-Ulu Kelang Elevated Expressway (SUKE) project construction site. In the 10am incident yesterday a crawler crane lost its balance while lifting a casing pile, causing the boom of the crane to fall onto the road and block traffic. One man suffered minor injuries in the accident. Selangor Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department chief Supt Azman Shari’at said two out of the three lanes heading to Ampang were blocked.
