Posing as a client, the inspector paid 500 dirhams for a Moroccan bath and massage to the Egyptian spa manager. The Algerian masseuse then ushered the man to the showers, where she stripped and lured him into having sex. A Dubai court fined both, the Egyptian and Algerian 3,000 dirhams after convicting them of insulting the official and inciting one to sin respectively.
