A Massachusetts man was arrested without bail on Thursday after his five-year-old son allegedly brought a packet of heroin to school. Benny Garcia of Holyoke pleaded not guilty to the drug charges and is awaiting a hearing on Novermber 20. AdvertisingAccording to police, the five-year-old allegedly brought to school a bag of heroin which had a spider man stamp on the packet. The teacher soon informed the school principal about the “suspicious substance”, who immediately called up the police. Holyoke cops found Garcia sleeping at his house with several packets of heroin and cocaine under his bed.
