The Massachusetts Department of Transportation said the on-ramp connecting the Mass Pike eastbound to Interstate 495 will be closed from 10 p.m. Wednesday through 3 a.m. Thursday to accommodate paving work. MassDOT officials said the work will cause eastbound traffic on the Pike to be directed to the next eastbound exit, Exit 111 (Rte. Appropriate signage, law enforcement details and messaging will be in place to guide drivers through the work area, MassDOT officials said. Motorists traveling through the affected areas should expect delays, reduce speed and use caution. All scheduled work is weather dependent and subject to change without notice.
