WOLFEBORO — Patricia Connaughton, 64, of Saugus, Massachusetts, was arrested on Feb. 23 and charged with aggravated driving while under the influence. A concerned citizen reportedly called the Wolfeboro Police Department while following Connaught’s car from the Wolfeboro Inn. The car reportedly turned into a parking lot on Estabrook Road and stopped. Police officers who converged at the parking lot reportedly could be see people switching places in the car. However, Connaughton eventually admitted to having been the driver from the Wolfeboro Inn to the parking lot.
