Striker Greenwood was kicked out of the England squad along with Manchester City midfielder Phil Foden, for breaching Covid-19 protocols. On arrival at United's AON Training Complex, Greenwood was told he had to train away from the rest of the United squad, because of the potential coronavirus risk. It is understood Greenwood underwent a light training session, under the supervision of United's fitness staff, away from the rest of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's squad.
