Mason Appleton scored in each period and added two assists to lead the Manitoba Moose past the San Antonio Rampage 6-3 on Sunday in American Hockey League play at BellMTS Place. Suess, Seth Griffith and Emile Poirier all scored in the second period for Manitoba (3-3-0), the AHL affiliate of the Winnipeg Jets. Sam Lofquist, Mitch Reinke and Nikita Soshnikov replied as San Antonio (1-5-0) lost its fifth straight. Ville Husso stopped 26 shots for the Rampage. The Moose went 2 for 5 on the power play and San Antonio was 2 for 3 with the man advantage.
