Innovation and technology chief Alfred Sit Wing-hang has laughed off criticism that the government's reusable masks "look like underwear." He said he does not mind such criticism as the mask actually bears similarity with underwear in the sense that they should be washed daily. This came after lawmaker Bottle Shiu Ka-chun took to social media to upload a picture of himself and a doll with a piece of cloth as its underwear. Upon closer inspection, discerning readers may realize that it is, in fact, the government's reusable mask disguised as the doll's underwear. Shiu joked in the pictures caption that is the correct way to wear the mask.
