The new Maruti Suzuki Dzire is expected to sport a sticker price of Rs5 lakh to Rs8 lakh—comparable to the outgoing model and the competition. New Delhi: Maruti Suzuki India Ltd will on Tuesday launch the new version of their popular Dzire compact sedan, in an attempt to revive growth in a segment that the car already dominates. Bookings for the Maruti Suzuki Dzire had commenced on 9 May across 2,000 dealerships at Rs11,000. The present generation Dzire will now be sold as Dzire Tour to the fleet operators after the launch of the updated version. Maruti Suzuki will launch the new Dzire with two engine options—1.2 litre petrol and a 1.3 litre diesel mill.
