A federal jury on Wednesday found a former corporate lawyer guilty of charges that he helped bad-boy former drug executive Martin Shkreli defraud a publicly traded pharmaceutical company that Mr. Shkreli helped found. Evan Greebel, who was outside counsel to Retrophin Inc., was found guilty on both counts he faced—conspiracy to commit wire fraud and securities fraud—in what prosecutors said were schemes to steal assets from Retrophin to pay investors in Mr. Shkreli’s failed hedge funds.
