Married worker wins £21,000 compensation after much younger single mother pestered him for sex

The tribunal heard that after Mr Weatherby offered the unnamed colleague assistance while she was going through a difficult time, her behaviour towards Mr Weatherby changed. Mr Weatherby replied that he was happily married and they were just workmates. The pair worked at Amcrol Limited, who produce cleaning supplies, where the woman was an administrative assistant and Mr Weatherby worked in maintenance. Mr Weatherby finally made a formal complaint about her behaviour. It awarded Mr Weatherby £17,250.00 for 'injury to feelings', £1,495.00 of interest, £1,895 for loss of earnings, and another £414 for other costs.
