The tribunal heard that after Mr Weatherby offered the unnamed colleague assistance while she was going through a difficult time, her behaviour towards Mr Weatherby changed. Mr Weatherby replied that he was happily married and they were just workmates. The pair worked at Amcrol Limited, who produce cleaning supplies, where the woman was an administrative assistant and Mr Weatherby worked in maintenance.
