A former Oklahoma high school teacher is facing multiple charges after she allegedly had sex with three different students. Janet Kaye Barnes was indicted by a grand jury for rape and sexual battery on Friday. At the same time, Barnes is also alleged to have committed sexual battery against another minor, unrelated to the ones she is accused of raping. She no longer works at the high school. The sexual battery charge carries a term of imprisonment in Oklahoma no more than 10 years.
