The mother claimed she sent the pictures to the sex offender because she wanted to 'involve' him in their lives. The paedophile has since been jailed in New Zealand for 18 years for sexually abusing five other young girls between the ages of four and 14. He was deported to New Zealand from Australia after he was convicted of possessing child porn - namely the images the mother sent to him.
