The federal government on Friday posted Maroof Afzal, a BS-22 officer of Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS), as Establishment Division Secretary and transferred Establishment Division Additional Secretary (In-charge) Mian Asad to Ministry of Industries and Production. Notification available with Pakistan Today stated that Establishment Division transferred Mian Asad, a BS-21 officer of PAS, to Ministry of Industries and Production with immediate effect. While a BS-22 officer of PAS, Maroof Afzal has been posted as Establishment Division Secretary. On the other hand, Muhammad Irfan Elahi, a BS-22 officer of PAS, presently posted as Aviation Division Secretary has been granted five days Ex-Pakistan Leave with effect from January 1, 2018 whereas Suhail Aamir, a BS-22 officer of Secretariat Group, presently posted as Cabinet Division Secretary, has been additional charge of Aviation Division during the leave period of Muhammad Irfan Elahi. Furthermore, Ahmad Bakhsh Narejo, a BS-20 officer of PAS, presently posted as Establishment Division OSD, has been transferred and posted as Trade Commissioner, Karachi, under Textile Industry Division on deputation with immediate effect.
