The bed swing project for 15-year-old Zachiah Brooks has involved the volunteer efforts of the Make A Wish foundation, the Marlborough Woodworkers Guild, PSP Limited and Archgola. SCOTT HAMMOND/STUFF Volunteers from Marlborough have come together to grant Zachiah's wish of a swing in the outdoors. Downs said Make A Wish had their first meeting with Zachiah's family in October 2018, where the idea for the swing was born. "Very early on in that meeting it was established that a bed swing would be ideal, because he loves movement. "To have his siblings on the bed swing with him or a parent means that he's got the social interaction."
