A New Plymouth woman sharing cooking tips online has concocted what she calls the perfect blend of spices. Marlaina Curtis, 54, has announced her jerk seasoning has been stocked on retail shelves including New Plymouth New World, Moturoa Four Square, TLC Meats, and Egmont Seafood. Marlaina's Jerk Seasoning was born from Marlaina's Kitchen Television show nearly five years ago and Curtis said it has been a "long and arduous" journey to include her product with Foodstuffs offerings. Curtis will be sampling her seasoning December 14 from 5pm to 6:30pm at New World City.
