So, Europe is doing well, Japan is doing well, China is doing well, America of course is on a full blast. Fundamentally, I do not even attempt to figure out but I do not think it is a top. It is a high, it can correct by a good 10-20% and that will quieten the market, but I do not think it is a classic peak of 2008 type. It is not only the taxation, but enabling businesses like capital markets for which things can be smoother, better and faster. The Budget is a good policy statement occasion and a lot can be done now.
