But the reality is it's often about the team, and team spirit. But perhaps even more impressive is the way Liverpool have moved on as a team since selling Philippe Coutinho in January. Jordan Henderson and James Milner will have big roles to play in trying to stop Real Madrid and their brilliant style of play.
