To Janine Bean, John Skelton and Janine McLauchlan, I offer these toasts. John’s six years on the Conway School Board is a big part of the reason we can celebrate the improvements that have been recently gained. Janine McLauchlan’s nine years on the school board is a Conway School District record. For the last three years there have been no changes to the membership on the school board. Next week, the voters of the Conway School District will decide the fate of the teacher’s contract.
