While Henein did her job extremely well, the prosecution’s case fell apart because the alleged victims were horrible witnesses, and faced accusations of lying and colluding. Anybody seeking the truth as it was sifted and sieved in that packed courtroom need only consult the archives. A peace bond is not an admission of guilt or wrongdoing and does not result in a criminal record.
