Share:ISLAMABAD PR - Mari Petroleum Company Limited [MPCL], one of Pakistan’s largest exploration and production companies, with its collaborative “Mari Mobile Dastarkhawan” [MMD] hosted a lunch and gift distribution ceremony for orphans and widows in Islamabad. MPCL officials Brig (retd) Syed Sajid Raza (GM Admin), Lt Col M Tariq (DM CSR) and others along with CDRS founder Todd Shea attended the event. The chief guest shared his remarks about this event and also distributed gifts among the children from the orphanages. Last week, CDRS ambassador and their resident rock star Umair Jaswal visited “Mari Mobile Dastarkhawan” in Islamabad where he participated in the evening meal distribution to over 300 underprivileged citizens. Inspired by the Prime Minister of Pakistan’s Ehsaas Programme, “Mari Mobile Dastarkhawan”, launched in April 2021, provides two meals a day [breakfast and dinner] to over 600 daily wage labourers, street children, and people who are in search of employment away from their villages, as well as those residing at “Panah Gah”.
