"The President spent the night under medical observation as a precautionary measure after experiencing discomfort. Castro said she is not privy to the specific discomfort experienced by the President. Despite being under medical observation, Marcos continues to carry out his responsibilities, she added. Castro assured the public that there is no cause for alarm, noting that the President remains capable of performing his duties.
