General Plan, Housing Element annual reportsOn March 9, the Planning Board will continue its review of the City’s 2025 annual reports, which began on February 23, this time focused on the General Plan and Housing Element. Still, the City approved planning entitlements for 356 units at Mariner Square Loop, 166 affordable units at RESHAP, and 284 townhomes at West Midway. They may comment on the Non-Agenda, Consent Calendar, and Regular Agenda portions of the Meeting Agenda (link downloads document). The Non-Agenda portion of the meeting provides an opportunity to address the Board regarding any matter not on the agenda over which the Board has jurisdiction. The Regular Agenda is the central portion of the meeting, during which each issue receives a presentation and time for Board discussion and public comment.
