Lanao del Sur Electric Cooperative (LASURECO) is not billing returning Marawi residents for electricity for one month. The provision of free electricity follows the order of Energy Secretary Alfonso Cusi. Power reconnections will also be done by the local electric cooperative to residents free of charge. In seeking reconnection, residents will be asked to present any identification card or paper and a picture. This is because the military is requiring the cooperative to monitor who are the persons entering each house in Marawi City.
