Tuku MorganThe change in Labour leadership appears to have won over the Maori Party. President Tuku Morgan yesterday called on Jacinda Ardern and Kelvin Davis to work with his party. The Maori and Mana parties are currently working together to defeat Labour in Maori seats. Prime Minister Bill English is not fazed by the Maori Party’s offer to make peace with Labour. "Small parties try to give themselves as much choice as possible, so it’s understandable what the Maori Party is doing,’’ he said.
